At Pretty Kitty Fashion, we want you to feel fabulous in your vintage-inspired pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
